SENSUS OEM Water Meter Parts and Repairs

The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to Core & Main LP for the provision of Sensus OEM water meter parts and repairs. The contract includes pricing, warranty, and insurance requirements. The contractor is responsible for providing repair parts, components, support, and product training for Sensus Meters. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract with or without cause upon giving 30 days written notice. Some key points of the contract include: • The contractor shall provide a discount off the current Sensus Metering Systems price list in effect at the time of order placement. • The contractor shall warrant that all parts and components furnished are newly manufactured or manufacturer certified as new and free from defects in material and workmanship. • The contractor shall maintain a reasonable stock on hand for delivery and shall provide an electronic copy of a sales usage report by part or item stock number upon request. • The City reserves the right to obtain like goods or services from another source when necessary.
