CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

The County of Orange is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for Incidental Architect-Engineer Services. The QVL will be used to select consultants for various Architect-Engineer related County services. The contract requires the vendor to provide services such as engineering, architecture, and environmental services. The contract has a duration of 5 years and the vendor will be compensated on a time and materials basis. • The contract requires the vendor to have a valid Architect-Engineering license in the state of California. • The vendor must have conducted similar work in Southern California. • The vendor must have the ability to do business in Orange County, California. • The vendor will be responsible for all costs related to photocopying, telephone communications, and fax communications while on County sites during the performance of work and services under this contract.
