Description
The City of Palm Bay is seeking pre-qualification from contractors experienced in providing building demolition services. The pre-qualification form must be on file with the Purchasing Division in order for contractors to quote on demolition projects. The City expects to issue Requests for Quotes for the demolition of between two and eight structures per year, with an average demolition cost of less than $5,000 per structure. The contract is for a one-year term.
