The County of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide individual and group counseling and anger management services for the clients of the Children’s Services Division (CSD) as well as walk-in residents of Riverside County. The Counseling and Anger Management Program is intended to provide evidence-based treatment for parents/caregivers, children, and youth who are at risk and/or have been reported for maltreatment. The primary goal of the program is to reduce entry/re-entry into the Child Welfare System and increase re-unification by equipping parents/caregivers with the knowledge and skills necessary to increase their capacity to effectively parent their children. The program will be divided into three separate zones, and bidders must specify the zone(s) in which they may provide services. The County has determined that the following vendors to be the lowest responsive, and responsible bidder from all the proposals submitted: MarSell Consulting for Zone 1, Family Services Association (FSA) for Zone 2, and Family Services Association (FSA) for Zone 3.
