Specialized Behavioral and Support Services to RPS students whose Individual Education Plans (“IEPs”) require these services

This contract is for the provision of specialized behavioral and support services to students in Richmond Public Schools. The services will be provided by Mending Fences LLC, a private company that specializes in behavioral and support services. The contract includes a detailed scope of work, payment terms, and requirements for the vendor. The contract also includes provisions for termination, renewal, and dispute resolution. The services will be provided for a period of four years, with the option to renew for an additional three years.
