Architectural & Interior Design Services ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for architectural and interior design services on an as-needed basis for the City of Pittsburgh. The contract has a duration of 2 years and can be extended for up to two successive periods of one year each. The total compensation payable to the consultant cannot exceed $2,500,000 annually. The consultant is required to provide professional services, including architectural and interior design, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and insurance. The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without cause or liability.
