The City of Charlotte is seeking a vendor to provide furniture, installation, and related products and services for the city and other participating public agencies. The contract has a term of four years, with an estimated annual volume of $300M. The city anticipates spending approximately $25M over the full potential contract term. The vendor will be required to provide a wide range of furniture and installation services, including but not limited to, chairs, desks, and other office furniture. The city is committed to promoting opportunities for maximum participation of certified Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprises (MWSBEs) on city-funded contracts. The contract will be awarded through a competitive bidding process, and the city reserves the right to negotiate price and other terms with the selected vendor.
