Description
The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals for the purchase and delivery of polymer used in the wastewater treatment plant. The selection of polymer will be based on the results of prequalification jar testing to determine the polymer dose and the polymer proposal cost. The contract will be awarded through a two-step method of procurement, with Phase One consisting of submittal and evaluation of proposer qualifications and polymer jar testing, and Phase Two consisting of the evaluation of price.
