This contract awards a single‑source, firm‑fixed‑price, turn‑key scoreboard and video‑display system for Johnson Hagood Football Stadium at The Citadel. The scope covers design, fabrication, demolition of the existing system, installation of a new LED main video display, four side displays, auxiliary display, integrated sound system, video‑production equipment, clock integration, fiber‑optic cabling, structural engineering, permits, testing, training, a one‑year warranty, and a separate five‑year maintenance plan. The contractor must also handle field protection, scissor‑lift usage, and comply with all applicable codes and the Citadel’s digital audio network (CobraNet). • Full design, supply, and installation of a large‑format LED scoreboard system (center display 26.4 ft × 51.6 ft, plus side and auxiliary displays). • Demolition of the existing scoreboard, structural engineering, electrical & fiber‑optic integration, and on‑site training. • One‑year parts & labor warranty plus a priced five‑year post‑warranty service contract.
