The University of North Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide laundry services for its on-campus residence halls. The contract requires the vendor to provide all necessary equipment, technology, and supervision to ensure reliable and efficient laundry services. The vendor must also provide a reporting portal for transaction data and maintain the equipment in good working order. The contract has a term of one year with four optional one-year renewals. The University of North Georgia reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with written notice. • The contract includes requirements for insurance, sales and use tax compliance, and a drug-free workplace. • The vendor must provide a complete list of all current higher education institution accounts with at least 2,000 on-campus residential students. • The vendor must also provide details about their company history, experience, and chain of command. • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to remove and replace equipment within 48 hours in case of repeat problems. • The vendor must provide professional instructions for the use of equipment and decals with unique machine numbers and service request information.
