On-site Foreign Language and American Sign Language Interpretation Services

This contract is for on-site foreign language and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services for Inland Empire Health Plan's (IEHP) members, staff, and provider network. The services are required to ensure linguistic access to covered services for members with disabilities and limited English proficiency. The contract was awarded to Hanna Interpreting Services, LLC, pending Governing Board approval.
