Assisted Outpatient Treatment/Care Act Continuum Services

The County of Fresno is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Adult Continuum of Care program for Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) and Community Assistance Recovery and Empowerment (CARE) Act Services.
