RFQ: North Central CTN On-Call Pro Planning and Engineering Services

This contract establishes an on‑call professional planning and engineering services agreement for the North Central Community Transportation Network (NC CTN) in Denver. The City and County of Denver’s DOTI will retain Consor Engineers, LLC to provide flexible, as‑needed consulting support across multiple asset classes, including bicycle and micromobility, pedestrian, transit, and green infrastructure improvements. Services will be delivered via individually written Task Orders, each with a defined maximum fee, schedule, and deliverables.
