Public Authority Provider Registry Software

The County of Fresno is seeking a software solution to maintain and support its provider registry database for the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority (IHSS PA). The software must have the ability to create consumer and provider profiles, match consumers with providers, generate management reports, and download data from the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Case Management, Information and Payrolling System (CMIPS). The contract is for a three-year period with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods.
