ECOLAB LAUNDRY AND CLEANING

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Riverside Sheriff’s Department, is soliciting quotations for Ecolab products, including laundry and cleaning supplies. The estimated annual expenditure for these products is $150,000. The successful vendor will be responsible for delivering the products to the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility, located at 1627 S. Hargrave St, Banning, CA 92220. The contract was awarded to Waxie Enterprises Inc. due to their lowest overall pricing and 1% discount on items purchased. • The contract includes various Ecolab products, such as Eco-Star Destainer, Ecocare Enzyme Special, and Laundry Perma-Brite. • The products will be used to support the daily operations of the Correctional facilities. • The successful vendor is responsible for reclaiming all empty chemical containers at no cost to the County or Sheriff’s Department. • The contract has a tentative award notification, and the vendor should not begin work without receiving a purchase order or signed written contract.
