Description
This contract awards Converge One, Inc. the supply, delivery, and installation of Category‑Two E‑Rate‑eligible core network switches for Sacramento City Unified School District. The district requires Cisco Catalyst 9500 series hardware (24‑port and 48‑port models) together with DNA Advantage licenses, power supplies, cords, fans, SSD storage, RFID tags, and zero‑touch deployment licenses. Quantities are split into two bundles – 73 units of each item in the larger bundle and 10 units of each in the smaller bundle – to be installed across more than 150 district sites. The vendor must provide detailed billing, label equipment for E‑Rate eligibility, certify no use of prohibited components, and submit a bill of materials within one week of award. The contract is contingent on E‑Rate funding, includes performance and payment bonds equal to the total price, and may be renewed annually for up to five years.
