Description
Williamson County Schools is procuring five (5) jib cranes with electric chain hoists for its Innovation Hub in Franklin, TN. The contract is a sealed‑bid, competitive solicitation (RFB #1398) that requires the vendor to furnish, ship, inside‑deliver, install, load‑test, and provide training on the equipment. A 20 % down‑payment is permitted, with the remaining 80 % payable upon 100 % satisfactory completion. The project must be completed no later than July 28, 2026, and liquidated damages of $500 per day per unit apply for delays beyond that date.
