Septic Tank and Grease Waste Interceptor Pumping and Cleaning Services

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for scheduled maintenance for septic tank pumping and power washing services from existing septic and grease holding tanks. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials and work incidental to the complete pumping, removal, and disposal of septic waste from Facilities Management facilities. The contract has an estimated budget of $100,000 per fiscal year and is subject to prevailing wage requirements. The contractor must have current valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and comply with all applicable provisions of the California State Labor Code. • The contract includes preventative maintenance services, including pumping and power washing, for various septic and grease tanks. • The contractor must provide a list of labor rates by determination and classification. • The contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements and submit Certified Payroll Records (CPR) to the DIR and the County. • The contract has a duration of one fiscal year, with the option to add locations of a similar nature to the awarded contractor's current agreement.
