San Luis Obispo County Facilities Master Plan

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a firm to perform a full master planning effort for the San Luis Obispo City Facilities, including a twenty-year planning horizon. The selected vendor will establish a comprehensive vision and ongoing facilities planning guidebook for the area. The contract was awarded to Gensler. Key aspects of the contract include: • The master plan will inform significant development decisions for the facilities. • The plan will cover a twenty-year planning horizon. • The County has established a 5% Local Vendor Preference. • The contract was expected to be awarded on or around May 23, 2017.
