Description
This contract provides managed Wide Area Network (WAN) services to eight schools and the district office in Mountain Home, Idaho. Tek‑Hut, Inc. supplies Ethernet routers, internal routing, QoS, monitoring, and outage notifications for a fixed monthly fee per site. The district covers all equipment and labor costs for configuration. The agreement runs for a five‑year base term with three optional 36‑month extensions, and includes a termination penalty equal to the remaining contract balance if ended early.
• Monthly service fee: $1,000 per site (total $8,000/month).
