Description
This contract provides for the purchase, installation, removal, and two‑year maintenance of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for Worcester Public Schools, plus associated consumables and training. The awardee will deliver approximately 48 new AED units (Powerheart G5 and ZOLL AED Plus), service 165 existing units with bi‑annual inspections (330 inspections per year), replace consumables, and handle removal/rebate of old equipment. The work must comply with strict specifications, including dual‑language capability, pediatric pads, and documentation to the Director of Nursing. The contract is a fixed‑price, unit‑price procurement awarded through open competition.
