Street Department Roof Repair

The City of Rosenberg has awarded a contract to Texas Sheet Metal Services, LLC for the repair of the roof at the Street Department building. The contract is for a one-time purchase of $6,650.00 and is set to be completed by September 30, 2022. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The City of Rosenberg will pay the contractor upon completion of the project, and the contractor is responsible for ensuring that all work is done in a workmanlike manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contract includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and liability. • The contractor is required to provide insurance certificates evidencing compliance with the insurance requirements of the contract. • The City of Rosenberg reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause. • The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all work is done in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
