This contract is for the provision of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) and/or a Bio-Diesel fuel blend to VIA Metropolitan Transit. The contract term is from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2015. The contract was awarded to Arguindegui Oil Company, who submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
