Brooks College of Health Remodel Construction Management Services

The University of North Florida (UNF) is seeking a Construction Management firm to complete an interior renovation project at the J. Brooks Brown Hall. The project includes the renovation of laboratories and common spaces, and the construction budget is approximately $6,000,000. The successful firm will provide pre-construction services, develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and manage the construction process. The contract will be awarded to the firm that best meets the selection criteria, which includes experience, qualifications, and proposal. • The project includes the renovation of the anatomy laboratory, nutrition laboratory, and common spaces. • The construction manager will work with UNF staff and the UNF-selected Design Team. • The contract will consist of two phases: pre-construction services and construction services. • The firm must meet the minimum requirements, including holding a General Contractor license and being in good standing with the Florida Division of Corporations.
