BLANK ID CARDS & YMCKT DATA COLOR RIBBON (OEM)

The County of Hawaii is seeking to purchase blank ID cards and YMCKT data color ribbons. The contract is for the supply of these items, with a requirement for early delivery due to an increase in ID issuance. The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest prices for both items with an acceptable early delivery time. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering the ID cards and color ribbons to the Department of Parks and Recreation Coordinated Services. • The contract requires the vendor to provide blank white signature panel PVC plastic cards and YMCKT data color ribbons. • The vendor must deliver the items to the specified location, with freight prepaid and inclusive of all applicable taxes. • The contract has a mandatory compliance requirement for awards over $2,500, in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-310(C). • The vendor must submit their quotation through the online portal, with a unit price that does not exceed 4 decimal places.
