The contract is valued at an estimated $1.5 million per year, based on the hourly rates and services provided. • General legal services: Thompson Hine LLP at $295 per hour for attorneys and $183 per hour for non-lawyers • Employment and labor law: Zashin & Rich Co., LPA and Jackson Lewis at various rates • Defense litigation counsel: Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder Co., LPA and Giffen and Kaminski at $185 per hour for partners and $165 per hour for associates • Environmental legal services: McMahon DeGulis at $250 per hour for partners and $210 per hour for associates • Criminal prosecution services: Christina F. Londrico, Esq., LLC at $80 per hour
