POLICE MOTORCYCLES

The City of North Richland Hills solicited sealed Request for Bid responses from qualified dealers for police motorcycles. The bid submission deadline was March 13, 2019. The city reserved the right to reject in part or in whole all bids submitted and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City of North Richland Hills. The contract involves the purchase of police motorcycles, with prices quoted for three FLHP Road King Motorcycles and one FLHP Road King Motorcycle. • The bid tab sheet reflects all bids submitted for the designated project. • The city will make a determination as to the responsiveness of bids submitted based upon compliance with all applicable laws, City of North Richland Hills guidelines, and project documents. • The City will notify the successful bidder upon award of the contract and, according to law, all bids received will be available for inspection at that time.
