The School District of DeSoto County has recognized Johnson Control's claim to be a Sole Source Provider of York Chillers, Metasys controls, and HVAC parts, installation, engineering, products under warranty and non-warranty including software and software updates as well as support services. This recognition is for a period of 1 year, after which the District will verify the claim again and post another RFI for those who may wish to challenge.
