Lawn Maintenance - Fauquier County

This contract awards Ramirez Landscape Co., LLC the responsibility for mowing and general lawn maintenance of all designated county parks and recreation areas within Fauquier County, Virginia. The agreement runs for an initial one‑year term ending 12/15/2022 with the possibility of up to four (or five) additional one‑year extensions, each requiring a 60‑day renewal notice. Payment is made on net‑45 terms, and a 25 % suspension fee applies if mowing is halted for a week.
