Two (2) Digital Printing Systems, and Maintenance Service

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for two digital printing systems and maintenance services. The systems must be brand new and include a flat bed scanner, air fit paper system, feeder capacity of 3,000 sheets, stacker capacity of 3,000 sheets, and 500 envelope capacity. The contract also includes a one-time delivery and installation cost, as well as an additional 3-year warranty. The contract was awarded to Witt Company - KYOCERA and Duplo USA Corporation, with Witt Company being the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contract includes a 5% local preference for bidders located within Riverside County. • The contract has a total price of $26,500 for the equipment, with an additional $1,060 for hourly repair costs and $1,595 for delivery and installation. • The contract also includes a 3-year warranty for an additional $9,570. • The County of Riverside reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancies or technicalities.
