Description
This contract awards Trinity Technology Group to provide comprehensive data‑management and analytics services for Covered California. The work includes designing, building, and maintaining a Business Intelligence platform that integrates Microsoft SQL Server 2016, Tableau Enterprise Server, and ESRI GIS Server, supporting roughly 400 users across multiple California sites. The vendor must staff a minimum of 6.5 full‑time equivalents onsite, covering roles such as Project Manager (PMP‑certified), Tableau developers/administrators, SQL Server DBAs, ETL developers, and GIS specialists.
