Campus Pest Control Service

The University of North Florida is seeking a contractor to provide monthly pest control and related services for various areas on their campus. The contract will be for an initial period of four years, with an option to renew for an additional four years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary to ensure that the university's facilities are free of pests. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the solicitation. • The scope of work includes all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary to provide pest control services. • The contractor will be required to provide a lump sum total bid price for all services. • The contract will be firm fixed price, with pricing firm for the first 24 months and adjustable for the second 24 months based on mutual agreement. • The university reserves the right to grant or decline any request for escalation or de-escalation of prices. • The contractor will be required to provide certification and licenses as necessary. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
