Description
The contract is for miscellaneous mowing and landscape maintenance services citywide, including neighborhood signs, city signs, traffic calming areas, and other miscellaneous areas. The contractor is responsible for supplying all labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to comply with the specifications. The contract has a term of three years, with an option to renew for an additional two years.
