Description
The Carroll County Government is seeking real estate brokerage services to assist with marketing, selling, conveying, and transferring several residential single-family dwelling units and raw land. The selected broker must be within a 25-mile radius of Carroll County and must review and approve the county's "Exclusive right to sell Brokerage Agreement and Exclusive right to sell unimproved Land Brokerage Agreement" along with all required federal and local disclosures and addendums.
• The broker will be responsible for marketing and selling the properties.
• The broker must be licensed and experienced in real estate sales.
• The county reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
• The contract will be awarded to the broker who submits the most responsive and responsible proposal.
