Medical Documentation Services

The Multnomah County Health Department (MCHD) is seeking a contractor to provide medical scribe services to support a network of non-profit community-based health clinics in Multnomah County. The contractor will provide medical scribes, either in person or virtual, to perform real-time documentation for healthcare providers. The contract term shall be 5 years, with an option to renew for an additional year.
