This contract provides comprehensive flooring maintenance for Stephen F. Austin State University’s Early Childhood Lab facility in Nacogdoches, Texas. The work includes annual floor stripping and waxing, quarterly carpet shampooing and steam vacuuming for multiple rooms, and monthly carpet cleaning for the infant room, all to be performed during off‑hours (Friday evenings to Monday mornings).
