Description
The County of Morrow is seeking a qualified transportation‑engineering firm to provide on‑call traffic‑engineering services for land‑use applications over a four‑year period. The work includes review of Traffic Impact Analyses, pre‑application guidance, written recommendations, coordination with Public Works on road use agreements, and representation at planning and commission meetings. No minimum or maximum workload is guaranteed; the County will call on the consultant as needed. Proposals must be submitted by July 19, 2024, and include firm information, staff resumes, insurance certificates, fee schedules, and a residency statement. Evaluation will consider experience in Eastern Oregon, team expertise, proposed approach, and cost. The contract will run from September 1 2024 to July 31 2028, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
