Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program ADOH 303-20 Round 2 O'Neill

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the repair and rehabilitation of one single-family housing unit through the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. The project includes the repair and upgrade of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, lead-based paint abatement, and other related repairs. The contractor awarded the bid shall provide proof of Workman's Compensation Insurance, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance, and Automobile Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance. • The project is funded by the HOME program. • The contractor must comply with all federal civil rights statements and laws. • Davis-Bacon compliance is not required. • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals.
