Encampment Clean Up Services

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is seeking a contractor to provide encampment cleanup services. The contract will be for 5 years, and the contractor must agree to all specifications and requirements outlined in Attachment B - Scope of Work. The contractor must also have been in this type of business for at least 2 years and be licensed to do business in Utah with a local presence to perform the work. • The contractor will be required to provide a blended hourly rate for services, including project managers, general laborers, power equipment operators, and drivers for dump trucks/trailers/etc. • The contractor must also provide disposal weight tickets for reimbursement, which must include the site name and incident number. • The contract will be evaluated based on the objective criteria outlined in the IFB, including the mandatory minimum requirements and general requirements. • The contractor must submit a bid that complies with the prerequisites and questions sections of the IFB, and must upload all required documents, including a point-by-point response to the mandatory minimums listed in the prerequisite section.
