Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for CSM Martin R "Gunny" Barreras Memorial Park

The City of Tucson is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of improvements to CSM Martin R. “Gunny” Barreras Memorial Park. The project includes demolition, site grading, installation of hardscape and landscape elements, and construction of new buildings and structures. The CMAR will be responsible for pre-construction and construction-phase services, and will work closely with the City and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. The contract value is estimated to be approximately $3,700,000.
