Commercial off the shelf (COTS) Clerk and Recorder System

The County of Sacramento is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Clerk and Recorder System to replace its existing systems. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering and implementing the system, migrating existing data, and providing support. The system must be capable of being utilized at multiple locations and must meet the County's requirements as outlined in the RFP. Key features of the system include: • Integrated solution to replace existing disparate systems • On-premise solution, not hosted • Capable of being utilized at multiple locations • Migration of existing data to the new system • Support and maintenance services The County received proposals from qualified vendors and intends to award a contract to Xerox Corporation, dba ACS Enterprise Solutions LLC.
