Description
This contract awards the rental, delivery, set‑up, and removal of a series of large‑area tents to support early‑in‑person voting for the November 2024 General Election. The successful vendor must supply four core elements: (1) the total tent coverage (multiple sizes ranging from 10 × 40 ft to 20 × 80 ft), (2) concrete ballast weights to secure the tents, (3) delivery, setup on the morning of 2 Oct 2024 and removal on the afternoon of 6 Nov 2024, and (4) the city‑issued tent permit fee. The agency will pay a total of $11,982.75 across four line items. Late assembly or removal may trigger up to a 10 % reduction in payment.
