RFP #2019-1-2024 Third Party Monitoring

The Education Service Center Region 11 is seeking a partner to provide Notification, Monitoring, and/or Support services for their regional FIBER11 network. The chosen partner will be able to meet the majority, if not all, of the requested managed services listed within the RFP. The contract was awarded to Netsync Network Solutions for a term of one year with the option of four one-year renewal terms. Key aspects of the contract include: • The contract term is from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020 with renewal options until August 31, 2024 • The contract is for Third Party Monitoring services for the FIBER11 network • The vendor must have an existing SPIN number through the FCC E-Rate program to be considered for all services requested within the RFP • The contract was awarded to Netsync Network Solutions after a competitive RFP process
