FURNISH AND INSTALL EIGHT (8) LCD HDTV 48"

The County of Sacramento issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit quotes from qualified vendors to furnish and install eight (8) units of 48” LCD High Definition Television (HDTV) according to the specifications and scope of work stated in Appendix P. The vendor must submit their quotes via Public Purchase, and all questions must be submitted via Public Purchase no later than 5:00 PM (PST) on Tuesday, September 9, 2014. The delivery/install location is the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, 2101 Hurley Way, Sacramento, CA 95825. • The RFQ includes several appendices, including Appendix A - Sacramento County General Terms Conditions, Appendix B - Additional Terms and Conditions, Appendix E - Solicitation Exceptions, Appendix G - Sacramento County Minimum Insurance Requirements, Apdx I-Pricing RFQ16812, Appendix J - Small and Local Vendor Preferences, Appendix O_Lic Cert RFQ16812, and Apdx P- SPEC and SOW_RFQ16812 Rev2. • The vendor must fill out and submit the following documents: Apdx I-Pricing RFQ16812, Appendix O_Lic Cert RFQ16812. • The bid result shows that Melzak Media was awarded the contract with a price of $21,345.80.
