Police Uniforms

The City of Olathe is seeking to establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of uniforms for the Police Department. The contract will be awarded through an Invitation for Bids (IFB) process. The successful contractor must stock a minimum of 20% of the yearly quantities of all common sizes listed and provide a quick turnaround time of 14 days after receipt of order. Items that are out of stock must be delivered within 30 days after receipt of orders. Custom sizes or special orders must be provided to the City within 60 days after receipt of order.
