Printers, Copiers, and Multifunction Devices

This contract provides Fauquier County Public Schools with the ability to acquire, lease, or purchase printers, copiers, and multifunction devices through Ubeo Business Services. The agreement references a price list (dated 27 Oct 2023) and allows the vendor to offer volume discounts that cannot exceed listed prices. An administrative fee of 3 % of total purchase price is payable to the Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA).
