Description
The County of Nevada is seeking proposals from licensed, bonded, and qualified security firms to provide uniformed and licensed armed and unarmed security service personnel. The contract will be awarded to the firm that meets all the requirements and receives the highest number of points according to the scoring criteria. The contract duration is not to exceed one (1) year from the date of contract award with the option to renew with two (2) additional one (1) year renewals.
• The security contractor must be licensed and registered by the Department of Consumer Affairs.
• The County has observed holidays when services will not be needed.
• The contract will be evaluated using a combination of pricing offered and vendor qualifications.
• The award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the firm that meets all the requirements in this bid and receives the highest number of points according to the scoring criteria.
