This contract awards a sole‑source, fixed‑price professional‑development effort to the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) to advance inclusive education across the state. The work includes designing and delivering a series of virtual leadership sessions, creating implementation toolkits, developing an inclusive principal residency framework, and convening a statewide learning event, with a series of required progress and impact reports. • Eight virtual leadership learning sessions for superintendents, district leaders, and principals. • Development of a District Inclusion Systems Toolkit and an Inclusive Principal Residency Framework. • Planning, facilitation, and documentation of a statewide convening on inclusive education. • Four bi‑monthly coordination reports plus sustainability and impact reports tied to milestone payments.
