PC FAB Carpet Replacement Project

The Placer County Finance Administration Building Carpet Replacement Project involves the removal and replacement of existing carpet with new modular carpet and rubber flooring. The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The contractor must also ensure that all work is completed in a satisfactory condition and in accordance with the contract documents. The project includes the removal of approximately 1,900 square yards of existing broadloom carpet and the installation of approximately 1,900 square yards of new modular carpet, as well as the installation of rubber stair treads and walk-off mats. The contractor must also provide temporary moving and relocation of office furniture, equipment, and boxed contents to accommodate carpet installation. The project has an estimated cost of $225,100.00, and the contractor must possess a valid Class C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering Contractor's License issued by the State of California.
