BC-BID-21-50 - Electric Lamps and Related Items COOP

This contract is for the provision of electric lamps and related equipment to the County of Bergen and its registered cooperative members. The contract is a multi-vendor award, with three vendors: Cooper Electric Supply Co. f/k/a Cooper Friedman, Swift Electric Supply, and Warshauer Electric Supply. The contract has a total value not to exceed $100,000.00 for a six-month period. The scope of work includes the provision of catalog electric lamps and related equipment. • The contract is an open-ended contract, meaning that the County of Bergen is not obligated to order, accept, or pay for the goods or services except when it orders them. • The contract has a six-month extension period, from October 6, 2024, through April 5, 2025. • The vendors have agreed to extend their contract and pricing for the additional six-month term. • The contract includes a formal Master Cooperative Pricing Contract, which will be available to registered members of the cooperative.
